I understand that I will not be able to race until I have paid in full and signed a waiver. Waivers will be sent electronically to the participants emails on file 12-14 days prior to the race and must be completed and on file prior to 8 pm on Friday of the race. Waivers are found HERE

*If we only have 2 teams in any division we reserve the right to combine them and run them as one division.

If a contestant wants to compete one day only they will have to pay 70% of the entry for the Open and 50% of the entry for the rest of the divisions. That contestant is only eligible for any day money that is available.

I hereby release the Wood River Extreme Skijoring Association, Inc. and the Association's other insured parties from any and all claims or liability which may arise from my participation in the competition.

REFUND POLICY:*

Yes, I understand and have read the refund policy
By checking this box you have read, understand and agree the following —Full refunds will only be made if request for cancellation is approved more than 24 hours prior to the event. A refund of 50% may be granted if cancellation is approved 12 hours prior to day of the event. No refund will be granted if cancellation request is submitted after the event. A full refund will be made if event is canceled.
